Being a D4B partner consists of building, exchanging and combining two complementary services in the aim of a common interest, both for partners and clients.

What is mobility ?

Mobility consists of managing active devices within a business, whether they’re tablets, phones or PCs. We manage all the requests linked to terminals.

What is SLA monitoring ?

SLA is an acronym for Service Level Agreement. In other words, there are clauses based on the level of service a customer wants to have and the expected objectives.

What is MDM ?

Mobile Device Management, MDM, is an app or “mobile terminals management” which allows the managements of a fleet of mobile devices. This includes tablets, smartphones or computers. This management is performed at the organisation’s IT department level.
As a result, the aim of MDM is to harmonise and secure the fleet by guaranteeing that all staff members have programmes updated and secured.

What is ITSM ?

ITIL standards are the best-practice standards for the managing the most widely used IT services.

What is remote management ?

Remote management means that we can directly access your computer in order to run analyses and setting needed if there is a problem and to quickly fix any setbacks that could slow down your productivity. Therefore, you’ll have functional material at all times.
Regarding smartphones, once we have official Apple Accreditation, we will have access to the GSX tool that will allow us to perform the same functions on iPhones.

GDPR regulation

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation and refers to the latest European directive concerning personal data protection.
In particular, GDPR includes new obligations relating to the portability of personal data and the responsibility of data handles which have a major impact on the marketing usage relating to this type of data.
